Speaker Requirements
Audio Visual Requirements
For a presentation, the following will be needed:
- A wireless lavaliere microphone.
- Computer audio connection may be requested if embedded video clips are used within program
- Handheld microphone(s) for audience participation
- LCD/LED Projector for PowerPoint presentation
- PowerPoint presentation capabilities with a remote slide changer. (David will bring PowerPoint presentation on a memory stick for loading on to client's system). Due to the proprietary nature of presentation, the file needs to be removed from client’s computer once the session is finished. Keynote based presentation available if notified prior to program,
- Alternatively, David can present using his iPad with PowerPoint presentation to connect to client's LCD/LED projection system provided that an HDMI connection is present.
- A monitor facing presenter is recommended
NOTE: Technical person should be available during setup and during the presentation if microphones are used.
Presentation Materials/Handouts: Emailed in advance so clients can reproduce high quality copies in sufficient quantity for the expected audience. The material presented is copyrighted. Therefore, public distribution of any recording is prohibited unless authorized by David Leng.

Speaker Fees
Vary based upon length and nature of presentation, customization requirements, location of event and other factors. Contact David to discuss speaker fees.
Deposits: 50% deposit of fee is required to confirm date. Balance is to be paid within 30 days of event.
Travel and Accommodations
Airfare Preference: Round trip airfare from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, unless event is within a reasonable driving distance.
Hotel Preference: One non-smoking room at the event's hotel, or at a reasonably close 3-star of better if event not at a hotel, for the night prior to the event and for the date(s) of the event, depending on return flights.
Ground Transportation: Uber or taxi service when available.
Meals: Required meals will be at the client’s expense.
